Paul Kuiper
Paul Kuiper was a Dutch human rights activist, writer and essayist. He became best known for standing up for the rights of oppressed Palestinians in Israel in the context of the Arab-Israeli conflict.[1] Paul Kuiper was one of the first members of the Palestine Komitee, founded in 1969, where he also served on the board, later serving on the board of the Humanist Peace Council.
Kuiper published articles for the Volkskrant, among other publications.In the last years of his life, he kept in touch via Twitter with Rwandan President Paul Kagame, among others.
From January 2007 until shortly before his death, he was active on the Dutch-language Wikipedia, where he focused mainly on topics related to the Israeli-Palestinian issue.
