Cherrybrook station is a metro station serving the Sydney suburb of Cherrybrook. It is served by the North West Line of the Sydney Metro network.
History
The station was constructed as part of the Sydney Metro Northwest project and opened with the rest of the project on 26 May 2019.[1] It is the first of the new stations to be constructed as part of the project, with the stations from Chatswood to Epping having been converted from traditional railway stations.
Platforms & services
The platform is located in a cutting, with the entrance at the surrounding ground level. The line passes through tunnels directly beyond both ends of the station.
