Di Guglielmo disease is a variant of acute myeloblastic leukemia [1][2] Giovani Di Guglielmo was the first in recognizing acute erithroid leukemia a rare syndrome accounting for 4 to 5% of all myeloid leukemias[3] Finally Dameshek does not validated this syndrome merging it on the myeloblastic leukemias[4]
