Di Guglielmo disease is a variant of acute myeloblastic leukemia [1] Giovani Di Gulielmo was the first in recognizing acute erithroid leukemia a rare syndrome accounting for 4 to 5% of all myeloid leukemia[2] Finally Dameshek does not validated thi syndrome merging on myeloblastic leukemias[3]
