Macquarie Park station is a metro station serving the Sydney suburb of Macquarie Park. Formerly part of the main New South Wales railway network, it is now served by the North West Line of the Sydney Metro network.

History

Macquarie Park station opened as part of the Epping to Chatswood railway line on 23 February 2009.[1][2]

Macquarie Park station closed in September 2018 for conversion to a metro station as part of the Sydney Metro Northwest project. This included the installation of platform screen doors to separate the platform from the tracks.[3] It reopened on 26 May 2019.[4]
