Justine (J.C.L.) Marcella (Soestdijk, December 12th, 1970) is a Royal House journalist and royalty expert. She has been working as editor in chief of the magazine Vorsten since January 2012, which appears at the Sanoma publishing house. She also contributes to the English version of that magazine The Crown.

Between 1984 and 1989 she was at the Kindermuseum of Kees Boeke in Bilthoven. In 1990 Marcella obtained a propadeuse in European Studies at Rijswijk University. She then followed a degree at the Academy of Journalism in Tilburg between 1991 and 1995.

Before joining journals, Marcella was a journalist for television programs such as Blauw Bloed (2006-2012) and current programs for SBS6 and AT5. In 2008-2009 she worked for the program Goedemorgen Nederland (KRO).

Marcella is regularly editor of Vorsten on television, giving explanations of subjects that concern the royal house. For example, she does this in the Koffietijd program and in Buitenhof.
