It is linked directly to the interwiki listed under this number on Wikidata.

If the information on Wikidata under different numbers, two extra merbers can be passed as a parameter. Usually, this is not the intention, but it happens that a theme, for example in English is divided into two themes, or lemma in different languages have different numbers until they eventually registered as synonymous.
