Timothy John (Tim) Berners-Lee ( June 8, 1955 in London) together with his former manager, Fleming, Robert Cailliau, the inventor and founder of the World Wide Web, or World Wide Web (www). To this he worked when he was a consultant software engineer at CERN in Switzerland, from June to December 1990 [1].
