Greek salad (Greek: χωριάτικη σαλάτα, salad of the village, usually abbreviated to choriatiki) is a salad consisting of tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onion slices and black olives. All this is richly topped with olive oil. On top is placed a slab of feta.
