Primidone is an anticonvulsant that is metabolized to phenylethylmalonamide (PEMA) and phenobarbital[1], historical considered a prodrug of phenobarbital, nevertheless it is superior against tremor [2] [3] Chronic high-cumulative doses have shown to increase the fracture risk in a dose-dependent manner
