PlusPedia is a free online encyclopedia founded in October 2009. The name PlusPedia is composed of "plus" (the operator for the addition) and "encyclopedia" (the English word for encyclopedia). The programs used are the software MediaWiki under the GNU General Public License.

Under the heading "PlusPedia Compact Knowledge" short lexicon-like articles are to be gathered [1]
