Justine (J.C.L.) Marcella (Soestdijk, December 12, 1970) is a Royal House journalist and royalty expert. She has been working as editor in chief of the magazine Vorsten since January 2012, which appears at the Sanoma publishing house. She also contributes to the English version of that magazine The Crown.

Between 1984 and 1989 she was at the Kindermuseum of Kees Boeke in Bilthoven. In 1990 Marcella obtained a propadeuse in European Studies at Rijswijk University. She then followed a degree at the Academy of Journalism in Tilburg between 1991 and 1995.
