In May 1947, his brothers Klaus Günther Reckeweg and Alfred Reckeweg founded the company Dr. A. Reckeweg & Co. GmbH. Today, the company is known as Pharmazeutische Fabrik Dr. Reckeweg & Co. GmbH. The new production and administrative headquarters are in Bensheim. Special emphasis is placed on the production of homeopathic combination medicines (Gastreu series) and veterinary medicines
