sifted pineapple (from Spanish piña and colada)[1]

Ingredients:

  1. 3 oz Light rum
  2. 3 tblsp Coconut milk
  3. 3 tblsp Pineapple, crushed
  4. 2 cups Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into an electric blender.
  2. Blend at a high speed for a short length of time.
  3. Pour into a Collins Glass and serve with a straw.
  4. Add decorations (e.g. wedge of pineapple, maraschino cherry, tiny umbrella) if wanted.
